Yes. Cancellations more than 48 hours before the tour receive a full refund. Between 24 and 48 hours, a 50% refund applies. Less than 24 hours or no-show, no refund is issued. Date changes follow the same rules. Full details in our Terms & Conditions.

Safety comes first. If we have to cancel for weather, technical or safety reasons, you can choose between a full refund, rescheduling at no cost, or a voucher valid for 6 months. We monitor forecasts and contact you in advance.

Yes, our tours are family-friendly and life jackets are provided for everyone. Children under 12 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. SeaYa! is not liable for incidents resulting from lack of supervision. We recommend the Half Day Tour for families with young children.

All tours include water, soft drinks and light snacks. You're welcome to bring additional food or drinks of your own. Your group has the boat to itself, so feel free to make it your own.

No. The Desertas are a strictly protected nature reserve and landing is not permitted. On our Full Day Tour we sail across to Deserta Grande and anchor at the bay for about an hour, where you can swim and take in the scenery before sailing back.
